Thankful Thursdays!

Blessed be the Lord, Because He has heard the voice of my supplications!

I just want to be thankful today. Thankful for more hours on one job, and thankful for a second job. Not many have even the one.

I am thankful for all the usual things: clothes on my back, food on the table, my loved ones, transportation.

I am really thankful for the sound mind that God has given me. I am thankful that there is nothing that can take God's love for me. I am thankful for all of those who prayed for my restoration. When I was unsure and unsaved, I am thankful for my moms and my nurturers who put my name before God. I am thankful for Jesus Christ who constantly interceded on my behalf and that He continues to do so.

I am thankful for the three or four who click on this blog. On a very special day, not long ago, I am thankful for the one click in the hundreds I got. 

I am ever so thankful to Christ for coming down from heaven, and giving His life so that I may be free from sin and death. I am thankful that in the midst of negative thoughts there comes that still, quiet voice that lights the way to the positive. 

I thank God that I can not only read His word, but I am able to comprehend it. Not many can say that. I thank God that He loves me enough to chasten me. I thank Him for the chastening. It means He is on my side.

I thank God for being my redeemer, my healer, my provider, my Truth, my judge, my lawyer. He is an ever present help. 

I am just thankful for all of His blessings. What are you thankful for?
